To provide high-quality services, our platform integrates industry-leading third-party providers. By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following integrations:
- Identity & Security (Clerk): User authentication, session management, and secure account access are powered by Clerk (Clerk.com). Your credentials are never stored on our own servers but are managed under Clerk's security framework.
- Hosting & Delivery (Vercel): Our site is deployed on the Vercel edge network (Vercel.com) to ensure global availability and performance.
- Product Analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog (PostHog.com) for event tracking and feature flagging to improve your experience, subject to your privacy choices.
- Compliance Management (c15t): Consent and privacy settings are managed via c15t (c15t.com).
Note: We are not responsible for any service interruptions or security breaches originating directly from these third-party providers, though we select partners with the highest security standards.
3. User Registration & Security
Account creation is handled via Clerk. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your session. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our security protocols or engage in fraudulent activities.

In no event will Vincent Desbarres (FuryoWorks) be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the failure of any third-party infrastructure mentioned in Section 2.
