Terms of Sale (CGV)
Applicable to the purchase of physical goods. Last updated: April 16, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of physical products from Vincent Desbarres (FuryoWorks), Entrepreneur Individuel, SIREN 439 466 707 ("the Seller"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€) including French VAT (TTC) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final checkout. Payment is due immediately via our secure providers (e.g. Stripe).
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the addresses provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the products.
4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with European and French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your goods to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
To return a product, it must be in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once received and inspected, we will refund the full amount of the order (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days.
5. Legal Warranties
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
6. Consumer Mediation
In case of a dispute, you have the right to contact a consumer mediator for an amicable resolution. We will provide the details of our appointed mediator upon request or once a formal dispute is initiated.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Competent courts are those of Paris, France.
